Good morning, and hello February!~ Chocolate is always a given, and I'm forever curious about new ways to enjoy it without going 'too' overboard. This frozen and fudgy chocolate and fruit swirl was inspired from a fun (and flowing) Friday fondue night not that long ago where even our favourite lightly-salted potato chip had quite a few unexpected majestic moments. I made this with a simple no-eggs chocolate cream base for a molten texture, blended in some chopped dark chocolate for richness, and added chilled and sliced-in-half syrupy cherries before the final freeze. ~Frozen Chocolate Fondue with Cherries for Valentines.
