Spring came early this year, in January actually, as did Spring Break #1, where we gave ourselves full permission to enjoy two rounds of it because, because —and we wanted to begin our new year with a light and airy feel. A sweet, tart and fragrant citrus can take us there, so I indulged with some freshly picked Key limes (also known as West Indian limes) for starters. This refreshing ~Salted Key Lime Ice Cream is a softer serve (no eggs or added stabilizers) for a lush and lovely authentic flavour. Pure pleasure. Here's to a serendipitous spring season. ~xx
