Métiers d’art 2021 - 22 Show - Silhouettes in Motion
Ingredients (Serves 2):
1/2 cup nut (or whole) milk
2 frozen ripe bananas (peel, slice, and freeze overnight)
2 heaping tablespoons rich cocoa powder
3 tablespoons Kahlua Mint Mocha
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
2 - 3 tablespoons honey (or to taste)
Dark Chocolate squares (for garnish)
Directions:
Chill 2 freezer-safe glasses in the freezer for 30 minutes.
Add all the ingredients to a high-powered blender and blend until smooth (and thick).
Pour into frosty glasses, cover with plastic wrap and freeze for 3 hours.
Top with a dark chocolate square prior to serving with a spoon.
