Ingredients: (Serves 2)
2 cups ripe mangoes (peel, dice and freeze for 4 hours)
1 cup Perrier Lemon (or Lime) Carbonated Spring Water
1 tablespoon fresh lemon (or lime) juice
2 - 3 tablespoons pure maple syrup
pinch of fine sea salt
2 scoops vanilla ice cream
Directions:
To a high-powered blender, add the frozen mango cubes, Perrier Lemon Carbonated Spring Water, lemon juice, maple syrup and sea salt. Blend to a thick semi-frozen smoothie texture.
Add a generous scoop of vanilla ice cream to each chilled serving glass. Fill the glasses with the blended mango smoothie.
Serve with a straw and tall spoon. Give a gentle stir to create the 'float' effect! ~xx
