Spring-Zing Smoothie
(Serves 2)
1 cup chilled (or semi-frozen) pineapple chunks
1 cup frozen mango chunks
1/2 semi-ripe banana (sliced into 1/2-inch rounds and frozen)
1 cup milk (whole, 2%, or skim)
1 tablespoon coconut extract
1 tablespoon pure maple syrup
1 teaspoon freshly squeezed lime juice
pinch of fine sea salt
Add all the ingredients to a high-powered blender and blend to your desired smoothness. If too thick, just add a little more milk.
