Always remembered. :) Happy Sunday Everyone. I love spotting these natural hidden beauties when out and about: errands, casuals and more. And as much as we can with no permission needed to take our slower time to just be and enjoy some soothing chill-out notes, lighter reading, trying a new dish, a scenic, leisure walk, and even an unexpected film right in the comforts of home. You name it. If today's your day to let go and let be, fill in the blanks— your way...
With leftover Danablu from our Fathers' Day lunch, I couldn't help but try some in my Sunday scramble. I used this Danish Blue and this newer loved scrambled eggs technique I've been enjoying since early February. Ingredients (Serves 2): Lightly grease a cold skillet with 1 tablespoon pure extra virgin olive oil, add 1/2 cup chopped scallion, whisk 6 whole eggs + 2 tablespoons cream, then add to the cold skillet, top with 1/3 to 1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese (from a fresh block of Blue). Turn on the heat to medium... Do a taste test, and add a pinch of fine sea salt if needed, at the very end. Quite the edgy flavour delicious! See you next year Danablu.
A very unnerving movie and one I won't forget anytime soon. The Signal - "While tracking taunting emails from a mysterious hacker, three MIT students decide to chase down the hacker falling down a terrifying rabbit hole into an otherworldly conspiracy." The 'be careful what you pursue' clues were there from the very beginning. And at that time of the night? It's not the ending I ever expected but indeed very valid, especially in current day, —and with lots to talk about... human emotions, technology, and can the latter... #nospoilers :)
