Every summer brings a new flavour that becomes a favourite. This year, it was further northwest with a quiet behind-the-scenes tête-à-tête. French Mint (Menthe Française), with delicate organic peppermint added to organic sweet cream and 'slightly' mellowed with grated dark chocolate. 'Very fall-refreshing worthy and now on repeat in my test kitchen with a variety of both milk and dark chocolates. 🌿 🍨
