We can now call it a done, do-able, and dynamic 2020 - 2021 school year. What a wild year! A few fun questions we asked each other during group this month as we reflected on the year that was with our many changes, curves, and celebrations along the way. Summer coming along very nicely... This tree in our backyard has become even more special over the past three years. 'She' travels through the seasons-- all four of them, and adds an effervescent joy like no other. Just a month ago, we were having a few in-flux winter-spring days and she still delivered her beauty and charm in weather-ful style... 🌳 🐿️ 🍃

Good morning, and hello March! 'Slowly getting all my cylinders up and going (hopefully), although still fast asleep at 6 a.m., and most likely travelling through my second dream of the night, or in the midst of 'trying' to get back into a really good dream where I awoke abruptly at that most pivotal, climatic moment. Can you relate? Monday, Monday...

// Hello December!~: And Here We Are...

Franklin had the last word which said it all and said it best, "I so love you Grace." And that's how we know our mothers in this world. This is it, as our countdown out of 2020 begins... The facts spoke (and keep on speaking) for themselves. We all had our ups and our downs and our sideways, and clutched onto what and where we found our balance, our centre, our refuge, stability I like to call it, to navigate the moments, the many, many moments of 2020. I've been tagged. Quiet behind-the-scenes truths from my world this year...

 

1. A much stronger morning espresso with sticking to my one good cup a day.

And I'd add to that, kind communication with each other. It's amazing how a day can go from waking-up-fabulous, to 'unhinged', to absolutely wonderful!, and within hours, all because of gracious communication with each other, and our confidence with the behind-the-scenes. No apprehensions or anxieties necessary. We're thankful for those who have, and continue to be there. It's been a fully-loaded 2020 for most as we now reflect on the year that was, and begin looking ahead to 2021. Hands down, count ourselves truly blessed when in good health, have our go-to Brilliants, and are happily engaged in work we enjoy. Life is indeed a gift. More recent and loved reads, fun finds, and little gifted treats...
