Oh yes! For breakfast (and later brunch too), and not just on Sundays. The simple overnight marinade does the 'harder' work so we can still sleep in... I really thought with our Labour Day holiday this month, our spicy barbecue chicken would reign supreme, but for some reason all the cravings of a flavourful salt & pepper fried chicken took over.
