Summer pleasures: strawberries, sunshine, shorts, saltwater, swimming, sandals, soirées, surfing, sorbets, sailing, sunsets, strolls, siestas, Satin Jackets, and schools' out :)... please do add more. All that's left to do now is enjoy a seasonal mellow strawberry moment, your way. A delightful and luxurious Strawberry Granita with a fresh citrus squeeze of red grapefruit. Thank you Teachers! for another great year. We sure had our work cut out for us this year and diligently worked through and resolved all with our continuous communication, cooperation, and commitment to maintaining respectful, healthy and safe schools. 'Where we get to leave all our cares and worries we can do without, behind. This flavour was quietly created for our older boys (Fathers' Day weekend), and there's nothing like the element of a fun surprize to take us into and through our vibrant summer days ahead. I'm excited! Freckled Ginger Ice Cream. Punch-y ginger notes with the mellowness of soy-free dark chocolate 'freckles'. Delicious!, and an elevated way to beat the heat. Happy Summer! 🍨 🌴

Back in early February I too boarded the self-elevating whole lemon train and whipped up this light and refreshing after lunch, after dinner and anytime really easygoing dessert/ treat: Fresh Whole Lemon Sherbet. Made with fresh organic whole lemons (full indulgent peels and pulp), sugar, light(er) organic cream and fine sea salt. Perfect for 'moody' weather, overcast anything, full-on rainy days, —and a deliciously sweet and tangy after-school pick-me-up...
